No advertising cookies. No analytics cookies. No third party is given a way to follow you from this site to another one. There is no banner because there is nothing to ask permission for.
What is actually set

Turning them off
Your browser can refuse all of them. The pages still render and the free tools still work; what stops working is staying signed in, because that is what the session cookie is.
